Explanation of No Bachelor Diploma & Final Transcript

　　Dear Visa Officer,

　　As a senior undergraduate at present, I have finished all the prescribed courses of YY University, and passed all the required examination. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, I will graduate in June 30, 2010. Only after that can I obtain my final transcript, Bachelor of ZZ Degree and university diploma certificate.

　　In this application packet, you will find a 6-semester transcript, and an official Enrollment Certificate from the Educational Administration Division of YY University stating that I am a senior student now. I will submit the notarized copy of my university diploma, B.E degree and final transcript as soon as they are available.
