　　刚到密歇根大学安娜堡分校北校区，还没有车的新生，一般会在Northwood或者Willowtree租房。下面是这两个地方租房的一些实用信息。

　　1、房租

　　Northwood：$560 a month，includes everything.

　　Willowtree：$400 a month，does not include internet and electricity.

　　2、地理位置

　　Northwood：At most 10min walk from Northwood I~IV to North Campus. Blue bus is serving all Northwood houses all the year（comes every 10min in workdays and 20min in the weekend. 7AM-3AM），which is quite convenient. 5-10min walk to Kroger and Asian market. Northwood has perfect location.

　　Willowtree：25min walk to North Campus，which is painful in the winter. AATA bus comes every 30min and ends at 10PM in workdays，every 1hr and ends at 5PM in the weekend. ~15min walk to Kroger and Asian market.

　　3、房型与环境对比

　　建议：如果学生不想花太多的钱来租房的话，最好选择Northwood，因为他的地理位置非常好，生活便利。非常适合大一新生租住。
